The Export READI™ Workshop Series, developed by Alternative Sales Strategy and endorsed by the Tourism Industry Association of Canada (TIAC), gives tourism businesses the tools, knowledge, and strategy to successfully enter international travel trade markets. This program is instructor led, customized to meet your business needs, combines interactive peer learning and individual coaching.

This isn't a webinar. It's a two-part, instructor-led series built around application. Time between sessions is built in so you can complete assignments and start building your travel trade export-ready sales strategy before Part 2 begins.

  • Confidence working with tour operators, wholesalers, and travel trade partners
  • Marketplace and trade show readiness
  • A pathway towards future Export READI™ designation

Between Sessions

The gap between Part 1 and Part 2 is intentional. You'll use it to:

  • Complete guided assignments
  • Evaluate your current business practices
  • Begin developing your travel trade products and pricing
  • Gather what you need for your sales plan
  • Prepare questions for Part 2

This is what separates the program from a standard training — you leave with a plan in progress, not just notes.
