There is always a way to find business, sometimes you just need to look at your service in a different way.

Look from above, behind, upside down and from a customer’s point of view and you might see something different to offer or a new type of customer on the horizon.
What is just a hotel room could be positioned as a home away from home, an escape to comfort or a game for the whole family to play like finding things in the room; you can position your product to make the experience more meaningful to the consumer. You can also augment an experience without it costing you more like creating coloring contests, puzzles, teambuilding, scavenger hunts, games, or trivia, just to name a few. Take the time to engage your customers and attract new ones. There are many ways you can increase the value of your product or service and set it apart from others encouraging the pathway to close the sale. You can also educate the customers on your services and make them want to choose you offering quizzes and games based on what you offer. Education can be the power of persuasion. By offering new ways to look at your business, it also extends your market share and may attract a new customer type that you never had before.
My job has always been to increase business, simple as that. You can increase business by either attracting new customers or increasing their average dollar spend. Sometimes during tough times like a pandemic, 9/11 or any other issue that brings you less business, the only way to make money is to increase your average dollar sale from the consumers that are already coming. Through challenging economic times, I take pride in always finding new business or increasing the average sale of the business we had. I want to do that for you too, I want you to be successful and I want to add alternative solutions to your everyday problems.

Alternate close is a technique employed at the last stage of selling a product in which a sales person puts forth two or three alternatives before a prospect in order to complete the sales process.
I always believe there is more than one way to do business, close the sale and together we can achieve alternate solutions and new possibilities.
